With infrastructure powered by 100% renewable electricity and innovative features such as beehives, bird boxes, and rainwater irrigation systems, the office goes beyond conventional eco-friendly initiatives. As part of this pioneering project, Davison Highley was selected to contribute to the office’s interior design with tailored Boulevard banquette seating creatively designed to optimise the space.

Central to the success of this project has been the ability to tailor the furniture to fit the specific needs of Zurich. The Boulevard collection, renowned for its modularity and adaptability, provided an ideal foundation. Davison Highley’s tailored approach enabled Zurich to maximise the available space, creating areas that serve dual purposes—social interaction and individual focus.

Through our tailoring services, the modular design of Boulevard allowed for custom configurations that promote a fluid, open-plan layout while maintaining the option for seclusion and privacy when needed. The choice of materials and finishes was carefully curated to complement Zurich’s vision of a workplace that feels both connected to nature and conducive to creativity. Additionally, Davison Highley worked closely with plant specialists Living Green Design & Flora-tec to seamlessly incorporate planting into the scheme, enhancing the natural aesthetic and contributing to the biophilic design of the workspace.

The Boulevard seating, customised with a vibrant green patterned fabric, brings a lively, biophilic touch to the workspace, seamlessly integrating elements of nature into the interior design. The use of natural, sustainably sourced materials, combined with thoughtful placement near green spaces and natural light, has helped to create dynamic zones that foster collaboration, creativity, and well-being.
